 The bedrooms with queen-sized bed and a queen sofa bed for maximum occupancy of 4 per unit so you & your guests can sleep comfortably! There are 4 units in the building and the unit can accommodate maximum of 16 people. We care about comfortability for all our guests, so count on it that even your furry pal can also sleep comfortably on the dog bed (one out of the many pet amenities we provide!). The kitchen in each 1 bedroom unit is fully equipped with all that you need. If there's anything apart from the basics that you need to cook the delicious menu for your stay, we're a message away! The best part, you get to enjoy coffee on us! There's also a community fire pit with a fire pit grate. To complete the Welgo experience, my team is available 24/7 to attend to your messages and needs!

TAKE NOTE! - Located downtown where train passes + active night life. - Front-Facing motion- detector cameras outside of the property and at the entrance for your safety & security! - Long Term Stay Cleaning: For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3. ***Cats are not allowed - our housekeepers are allergic to cats*** !!!MAKE YOUR STAY BETTER!!! - Mid Stay Cleans / Cleaning Before Checkout for $360 includes linen & towel change + restocking of offered supplies (coffee pods, creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towel etc).
