Self check-in via keypad. You'll have access to both apartments in the duplex including the private yards - no shared spaces, it's all yours.

- Noise can travel between walls due to proximity to neighboring units, but this is rarely a problem and can be minimized by closing doors/windows or using complimentary earplugs; contact us 24/7 if you experience higher than normal noise levels and we'll take care of it
- Front-facing exterior cameras at the property entrance for safety and security
- $40 laundry credit provided for stays of 8 nights or longer
- Sofa beds in living areas provide additional sleeping capacity
- Cats are not allowed - our housekeepers are allergic to cats
🚙 Parking
- Free parking on premises plus free on-street parking with 2 street parking permits provided
🏠 House rules
- Pets allowed (dogs only - no cats due to housekeeper allergies)
- No smoking
- No parties or events
- Please avoid putting food down the sink drain - dispose of it in the trash instead
- Report any damages immediately so we can address them
- No electric vehicle charging at the property
💰 Optional / Additional fees
- Optional mid-stay cleaning ($168) - linen and towel change plus restock of coffee, sugar, toilet paper and similar, available for stays of 10 nights or less
- Optional travel cot ($25) - available on request, bring your own bedding
- Optional early check-in or late check-out ($60) - subject to availability, please request in advance
- Long-stay cleaning multiplier (×2 for 11-20 nights, ×3 for 21-30 nights) - applied to the standard cleaning fee on extended stays
- Food-in-sink plumbing fee ($100) - charged if food disposed down the sink drain causes a clog
