- Shared-wall property: noise can occasionally travel between units but is rarely a problem and can be minimized by closing doors/windows or using complimentary earplugs; contact us 24/7 if you experience higher than normal noise levels

- Laundry credit ($20) - provided for stays of 8 nights or longer
- Dogs welcome with designated dog bed and pet amenities

- Long-stay cleaning multiplier (×2 for 11-20 nights, ×3 for 21-30 nights) - applied to the standard cleaning fee on extended stays
- Food-in-sink plumbing fee ($100) - charged if food disposed down the sink drain causes a clog
