If you have a vehicle during your stay or a guest visiting, and are parking in the lot behind the house please let me know or it will be subject to being towed
***Street parking is only available on weekends and M-F 5pm-8am or with permit only, please see street parking signs for current parking information****
EARLY CHECK-IN:
- Subject to availability and there is an early check-in fee that must be paid prior to your entry.
LATE CHECK-OUT:
- Subject to availability and there is a late check-out fee that must be paid prior as soon as possible.
- $100 fee for unauthorized late checkout
PET:
- Usually pets are not allowed. Cats are not allowed, If we decide to make any exceptions, you must pay the pet fee and deposit. Please, CONTACT US with a dog description prior to booking. If a dog is allowed at the property, it must:
- Must be house-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation
**Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $200 fine and vacating premises**
