💰 Optional / Additional fees
- Optional mid-stay cleaning ($90) - linen and towel change plus restock of coffee pods, creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels and similar, available for stays of 10 nights or less
- Optional travel cot ($25) - available on request, bring your own bedding
- Optional early check-in or late check-out ($30) - subject to availability
- Long-stay cleaning multiplier (×2 for 11-20 nights, ×3 for 21-30 nights) - applied to the standard cleaning fee on extended stays
- Food-in-sink plumbing fee ($100) - charged if food disposed down the sink drain causes a clog
