They were very helpful and flexible! The space was perfect for multiple days of stay and had a well stocked kitchen and a nice stove.
Overall not far from the university and plenty to do!

Great location if you're visiting your student at U of A! Just 2 block walk to Highland dorms. Small, but perfect for 2-3 people. Air conditioning worked great in the 108 degree weather. We did not bring our dog but will next time. Host was very responsive when we had a question. This place was perfect for us and we plan to stay again.

Could not check in before 4pm without excessive fees. When I was finally able to enter the first thing I noticed after seeing 2 mice scurrying away was dirty dishes. Then I looked in bedroom. Bed has nothing on it..no sheets, nothing. Same with second bedroom. Bathroom a mess with wet towels thrown on the floor.
Obviously had not been cleaned at all.
Called the number listed and whoever answered said he needed pictures. So I sent them to the number. He said he’d have to call his “team “ and have them come out.
I’m not going to wait around for a few hours for his “team “ to come out and clean the entire place. Keep in mind it’s getting later and later. He says he has to call me back.
Whatever. I call AirBnB and they cancel and refund etc, but that’s its own nightmare story.
All in all, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Airbnb. I’ll be more diligent about making sure I’m staying at a person’s place, not a company’s in the future.
