- Traction and Chain Laws in effect - vehicle needs to be AWD or 4x4 with good tires for snow/ice, or 4x2 with chains

- Long-stay cleaning multiplier (×2 for 11-20 nights, ×3 for 21-30 nights) - applied to the standard cleaning fee on extended stays
- Food-in-sink plumbing fee ($100) - charged if food disposed down the sink drain causes a clog
