Positive: The location and the set up of the home Washer and dryer on home was fantastic Negative: Shower head should be detachable (wand style) not everyone is short. Ceiling fan, we couldn't get it to work

Absolutely loved and would stay again! Positive: Very cute tiny home! Loved the location and the view. Sunrise over Pikes Peak was breathtaking! Negative: I didn’t read the description so totally on me but loft is very short ceiling so for 2 adults was a little difficult. Would be perfect if had brought kids. But again TOTALLY ON ME FOR NOT READING!

Nice view, nice patio space, good location, some road noise Positive: Nice view of Pikes Peak. This is a cozy little tiny house cabin in a tiny house community with friendly neighbors, comfortable living spaces, a fun and great view deck, and quick (5 min) access to downtown Woodland Park area (or just 11 min on bikes like we did). Very comfortable main bed mattress. Never even went up to the sleeper loft where the second bedroom is located. Kitchen supplies were certainly adequate and more than some places we have stayed. Negative: As other reviews have noted - it sits near and above the highway so you do hear traffic when the roadway is busy. You only notice the traffic when out on the deck or hanging inside with open windows or doors. We knew that going in and so were ok with it - and it was noticeable but not too bothersome. We would stay here again despite road noise.

Quaint little place. Very good for 2 people. The loft is useless due to very low ceiling and extreme steep staircase. Wouldn't want to put anybody up there, The place would be fine without it. Traffic noise on the 24 is horrendous. Not as bad though if you keep the slider closed. But if you want fresh air and leave it open then it is non stop crazy loud traffic noise. We never went out on the nice little outside patio area because of that. Parking is tight, but do-able. No room for guest parking though. The kitchen works, bathroom is fine, bed is comfortable. When the place is closed up you can't really hear the traffic noise so didn't hear it at night. In the morning the sun comes through that upper window and hits you in the face pretty bad for the first hour or two in the kitchen. Honestly, this is not a place I would stay at again.
