- Noise can travel between walls due to neighboring units; rarely a problem and easily managed by closing doors/windows or using earplugs - contact us 24/7 if noise exceeds normal levels
- Front-facing exterior motion-detector cameras at property entrance for security
- Occasional construction noise from neighboring property, though most guests find it minimal
- $20 laundry credit provided for stays of 8+ nights
