- Urban location with active nightlife and occasional train noise - most guests find it minimal, but you'll hear the buzz of downtown and campus energy
- Front-facing exterior motion-detector cameras at the property entrance for security
- Occasional construction noise from a neighboring property - typically minimal and shouldn't impact your stay
- Cats not allowed (housekeepers are allergic); dogs welcome with pet fee
- Launderette nearby for longer stays
- Luggage drop-off allowed if you arrive before check-in

- Optional early check-in or late check-out ($30) - subject to availability
- Long-stay cleaning multiplier (×2 for 11-20 nights, ×3 for 21-30 nights) - applied to the standard cleaning fee on extended stays
- Food-in-sink plumbing fee ($100) - charged if food disposed down the sink drain causes a clog
