You will have complete access to the three-bedroom unit. Building amenities such as the Infinity/Lap pool, Fitness pool, Jacuzzi, Sun Deck Lounge/Pool beds, Sky Lounge dining area, Therapeutic Garden, Hammock Garden, Indoor Spa and Sauna room, Day Care and Business Center, Fitness Gym, and Changing/Shower rooms can be accessed with a fee.

- Paid parking off-premises are available all around Eastwood City.
- The 3rd bedroom by the kitchen has no AC but there's a portable fan for this room.
- Long Term Stay Cleaning Fee: For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3.
-Cats are not allowed - our housekeepers are allergic to cats
-One-time Registration Fee = 250 Php/pax (ages 8 and up) (to be collected via Airbnb Resolution Center/ payment request)
