💰 Optional / Additional fees
- Optional mid-stay cleaning ($96) - includes linen and towel change plus restocking of coffee, sugar, toilet paper and similar supplies, available for stays of 10 nights or less
- Optional travel cot ($25) - please request during booking to ensure availability
- Optional early check-in / late check-out fee
- Long-stay cleaning multiplier (×2 for 11-20 nights, ×3 for 21-30 nights) - applied to the standard cleaning fee for extended stays
- Food-in-sink plumbing fee ($100) - charged if food disposed down the sink drain causes a clog
