- Dogs allowed (no cats - our housekeepers are allergic)
- Filtered water available through the tap - disregard any notices on the door
- Laundry credit and welcome supplies (coffee, creamer, sugar) included

- Long-stay cleaning multiplier (×2 for 11-20 nights, ×3 for 21-30 nights) - applied to the standard cleaning fee on extended stays
- Food-in-sink plumbing fee ($100) - charged if food disposed down the sink drain causes a clog
